Easy Access to Medical Records

Medical records are often needed for a follow-up appointment with another physician. You can call us to make arrangements for a CD/report(s) of your images to be available for you to pick-up at the closest Wake Radiology office. It may take up to 48 hours to create the CD and get it to the designated ATR location; so please, have your appointment information available when you call to make these arrangements. Please note that there are associated fees with medical record requests and there is a 24-48 hour turnaround time for all requests.
