Insurance Information

A.T. Radiology is a contracted, in-network provider for most major managed care insurance plans.

For patients whose plans are not within our managed care network, we file claims on their behalf. Importantly, most of these insurance plans (including UnitedHealthcare) have out-of-network benefits that help cover A.T. Radiology imaging fees. Please bring all insurance information to each visit.  A.T. Radiology will file your claim and bill you at the time of service or bill for any remaining balance.
