- For screening mammograms, A.T. Radiology offers same-day appointments. Walk-ins are welcome. Screening mammograms do require a physician’s order. A.T. Radiology simply requires that eligible patients have visited their physician within the past 9 months.
- For routine diagnostic X-rays, appointments are available on a walk-in basis with minimal wait times for patients who have a signed physician referral.
Rescheduling an Appointment
Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you can’t keep your appointment. If you are calling after hours or on the weekend, please leave a message with your name, appointment time, exam type and the best phone number to reach you. A member of our scheduling team will return your call to reschedule your appointment or click here to send us an email.
Please note that all deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance amounts are required to be paid at the time of service. If you have any questions please email our Billing Representatives or require further explanation, please call 863-421-9393 before your scheduled appointment arrival.
No Show Policy

Exam Preparation
Many studies require little or no patient preparation while others require detailed preparation before the study can be performed. Our schedulers will explain any necessary preparations for your particular exam and/or your physician will review them with you at the time of scheduling.
Child Care Arrangements
A.T. Radiology employees are not able to watch unattended children. Please make child care arrangements in advance of your appointment.
